Associate Superintendent for Business and Operations
 
Madera Unified's Associate Superintendent for Business and Operations oversees and supervises the entirety of the district's business and financial services. This includes the supervision the following large departments:
  • Facilities Planning and Construction Management
  • Child Nutrition
  • Data Processing
  • Transportation
  • Security
  • Purchasing
  • Print Shop
  • Warehouse
  • Maintenance and Operations
  • Risk Management
The associate superintendent for business and operations heads the formation of MUSD's annual budget and multi-year fiscal projections. In recent years, as California has endured an unprecedented budget crisis, this position has also been responsible for coordinating the district's own budget reductions plan.
