The Associate Superintendent for Education Services is responsible for the development of the district's instructional action plan and all of MUSD's curricular strategies. This position oversees the following departments:
 

·  Curriculum

·  Instruction

·  Assessment

·  Student Services

·  English language programs

·  Special Services

·  Instructional Technology

·  Academic Coaches
In collaboration with the district's superintendent, the associate superintendent for education services and staff drive the educational experience for all of Madera Unified's students.
