For more information about Peer Helpers, contact Mrs. Leal in the front office.
Peer Helpers is a club that has been around since the beginning of King Middle School. It's a club where the students are given the opportunity to help and serve those around them. They help in the office. They welcome new students and show them around the school. They help with the 6th grade orientation and they assist in conflict resolution.
"Peer Helpers are our ears and eyes for the school. They help us create a positive and safe atmosphere at MLK," commented Mrs. Leal (current advisor). She continued, "I have worked with Peer Helper students for the last 8 years and continue to just enjoy working with them. They have much to offer!"
