Classification & Compensation Study
The Madera USD, in consultation with CSEA is undertaking a review of all its classified job descriptions. Eric Hall & Associates (EH&A) an independent outside consultant will be conducting the study for all classified job descriptions, which include regular classified, confidential, supervisory and classified management.
The study will proceed in three Phases over three semesters. The Fourth Phase will include a wage comparison against several nearby K-12 school districts. The study will be a two-year process and at the end of the Fourth Phase the study will be presented at a joint meeting between the Personnel Commission and Board of Trustees for approval.

The Personnel Commission staff will be working closely with the consultants and is in charge of collecting all Employee Description Questionnaires and other pertinent information required for the study.
The Steering Committee members will meet regularly with EH&A and are in charge of reviewing the study process as it develops.
