Welcome to 4th grade. My name is Lisa Killion. I have worked at Howard for 14 years now. The time sure has flown by. During my time here, I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 8th grade. I like to stay on my toes, and keep busy learning knew things. Recently, I went back to school and finished by administrative credential. No plan to use it in the near future, but at least I have the possibilities later on in my career.

  I have been married to my husband for 13 years, together for 19. He is a Fire Captain here in Madera County. We have 3 amazing, crazy children, and 2 energetic dogs. We love traveling and spending time together as a family. The beach is our favorite place to be. Someday, we will live on the coast. I love to cook and constantly try new things in the kitchen. Watching Netflix and reading are a few things that I love to do as well.

  I have a huge heart for family and for kids. I have a ridiculous amount of patience. I want my students to know that they are not only learning in my class, but to also know that they are loved and supported. They learn not only academics, but learn to build character. We do our best to follow the Bulldog B.A.R.K.

  I appreciate all of my families and thank them for sharing their fantastic children with me. Each one of the kids in my class makes everyday a joy. I love coming to work.
