My name is Elizabeth Sally. I am married to Will, who is a teacher and a football coach at Madera High. We have 2 children, Kylie and Maxton. I grew up in Madera and have lived here just about my whole life. My favorite grade in school was 4th grade because I had an awesome teacher (Mrs. Duke) at John Adams Elementary School! I have always wanted to be a teacher because I love children and love seeing them grow throughout the year!
I went to Fresno City College for my general education work and then transferred to Fresno State majoring in Liberal Studies. I also completed my teaching credential at Fresno State.
My favorite place to visit is Disneyland! I have such wonderful memories of being there as a child and love to share those same memories with my own children.
I have taught 6th grade and 5th grade during my teaching career and a 4/5 combo for one year. I taught at Millview and Nishimoto before coming to Howard. Howard is a great place to work. I love the small school feel of Howard and my children love it here as well! My goal for my students by the end of the year is that they are prepared for the next grade level. I love "seeing the light bulb go on" in students brains!
Go Bulldogs!
