Athletic Physical Examinations

The athletic department will offer physical examinations at the beginning and end of every school year. Students not participating in these physicals must have physical examinations by their own physicians before any practice will be allowed or uniforms issued.
Sports physicals are only good for one calendar year. Students must have a current physical on file before trying out for any sport.
NO EQUIPMENT FOR ANY SPORT WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL EACH PROSPECTIVE ATHLETE HAS COMPLETED A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION, PARENT PERMISSION, EMERGENCY PROCEDURE CARD, AND INSURANCE VERIFICATION AND ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY.
