STUDENTS ARE TO BE WORKING ON ASSIGNMENTS. Wednesdays are NOT days off of school.

Wednesdays are days used to complete independent work. 

Dear parents/ guardians, 

Please make sure our students are treating Wednesdays as another school day. 

Students are required to : 

• Log into their Chromebooks and make sure they understand their assignments and know and when to ask for help if they need it. 
• Continue or start learning activities assigned by teachers that are provided through online resources.
• Complete and submit all assignments by due dates established by teachers.
• Dedicate appropriate time to learning as guided by their teachers. 
• Check the online platforms for any information on classes, assignments, and resources. 
• Ensure they know their usernames and passwords for instructional resources.
• Identify a comfortable and quiet space to learn. 

Teachers take attendance on Wednesdays: they check if students are logging in and turning in assignments. All assignments, including Wednesday's assignments, count towards grades!

Parent Responsibilities: 

• Encourage and expect your child to participate in digital learning each day, including Wednesdays.
• Engage your children in conversations regarding assignments.
• Immediately notify school staff if you no longer have access to a device or internet for the students to complete work. 
• Monitor district and school site communications for up-to-date information regarding school closures, instructional continuation plans, and digital learning resources. 
• Maintain communication with the child's teacher, school counselors, and school staff as needed. 
• Monitor your children's time spent engaging in online and offline learning. 

Support your child's emotional balance by providing time for physical activity, social interaction, and play.

Por favor asegurese de queue nuestros estudiantes esten tratando los miercoles como otro dia escolar. Todos los dias, includos los miercoles, los estudiantes deben:

• Ingresarse a sus computadoras portatiles de Chromebook y asegurarse de queue comprendan sus tareas y sepan a quien y cuando pedir ayuda si la necesitan. 
• Continuar o iniciar actividades de aprendizaje asignades por maestros y proporcionadas a traves de recursos en linea. 
• Completar y enviar todas las tareas en las fechas de vencimiento establecidas por el maestos.
