    Dear Parents and Families,

Welcome to a fantastic new school year!  As your school counselor, I’m thrilled to support the academic, social, emotional, and even future career success of every student on campus. My role allows me to work with students in many different ways to make sure their time at school is not only educational but also meaningful and fun!

    How Can I Help?

I’m here to support your child in every way possible—whether they need help navigating friendships, tackling academic challenges, or just a space to talk. I offer a variety of services designed to help your child thrive both in and out of the classroom. Here’s a snapshot of what I do:

    • Conflict Mediation: Helping students work through disagreements and find positive solutions.
    • Mental Health Resources: Sharing tools and resources that help boost emotional well-being.
    • Individual & Group Counseling: Personalized support through one-on-one or small group sessions.
    • Fun Classroom Lessons: Engaging lessons on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) to build important life skills!

    How Can You Get Involved?

If you think your child could benefit from any of these services, just let me know! Teachers and staff can refer students for support, but parents—you play a key role too! Parent permission is always required for individual or group counseling. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to learn more about how we can work together to support your child. Open communication is the best way to ensure that all students feel supported and empowered.

    Why Mental Health Matters ❤️

Mental health is such an important part of your child’s success. It affects how they perform in school, how they make friends, and how they see themselves. By promoting mental wellness, we’re giving them tools to not only handle challenges today, but also to thrive as they grow. I believe each student is brimming with potential, creativity, and resilience, and together, we can help them shine!

    Let’s Stay in Touch!

If you have any concerns, questions, or just want to talk about how I can help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m looking forward to working closely with you to make this a year full of growth, positivity, and success for your amazing children!
