Do you shop at Save-Mart? Do you like free money for your child's school? If so, come by the office and pick up a form for a FREE S.H.A.R.E.S card to swipe every time you shop at Save-Mart. 3% of every purchase will be donated to Berenda Elementary!
Hello Berenda Broncos,
The Berenda staff takes pride in providing each and every child with an education targeted towards their specific needs and abilities. We are committed to providing all students a rigorous curriculum, a positive learning environment, and safe surroundings. It is an honor and a privilege to serve all children and the families of the Berenda community.
Here are a few new important pieces of information:
At 7:55, the bell rings for students to line up and begin entering class. If your child is not at their classroom when the 8:00 bell rings, they will need to go to the office for a late slip.

After school, the east parking lot is for bus pick-up only. If you are coming to school to pick up your child, please come into the west parking lot only. We ask that everyone wait to pick up their child and then exit through the middle gate. Again, for the safety of all students, we ask that you do not 'double park' and try to pick up your child.

If you need to pick up your child before 2:40, please sign them out in the office. Parents are asked to wait in the front of the school if they arrive before 2:40. Students are not allowed to be taken from the playground or classrooms before 2:40 without having been signed out in the office.
At Berenda, we stress the "Berenda Bronco Beliefs" - The 3 B's
Be Safe
Be Respectful
Be Responsible
You will receive a school and district handbook. We ask that you review them with your child. All these rules are in place to help keep our students safe. I want to thank you in advance for your cooperation. Together, we can ensure that your child has a safe and productive year of learning here at Berenda.
To find out more information about Berenda, please check out the various links or stop in the office.

dress code
Dress Code reminder:
As you begin shopping for new school clothes, please remember that the district does not allow students to wear items with sports team logos. To be in compliance, we also need to ensure that clothing covers any undergarments, that shorts are at least mid-thigh in length, and that all shoes are secured at the heel. Thank you for your support!
