• Madera Unified School District State Preschool Program provides preschool services to 520 students in 14 different classrooms at 12 different sites.  The State Preschool Program is an early childhood education program for four-year-old children whose families reside in the Madera Unified School District area and meet the income eligibility requirements set by the Department of Education-Child Development Division.  Our Preschool Program is a structured, half-day program (3 hours) designed to promote children’s school competence, especially school readiness and academic achievement.

    Preschool registration packets will be handed out the last Monday of April at 1816 Howard Road, Suite 1. If you have any questions, please call, 675-4490.

    Classroom schedules are: AM Session - 8 to 11 AM / PM Session - 12 to 3 PM.
