Immunizations 

California Immunization Requirements for K-12th Grade Entry (including transitional kindergarten): 

Tuberculosis Risk Assessment: All students new to MUSD are required to have a TB questionnaire completed before the start of the school year. If high risk for TB is indicated with the questionnaire, a TB test is required before starting the school year.
