    Madera Unified is committed to recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-quality, diverse workforce that reflects the demographics of the students and families served, and the district has implemented several strategies to fulfill this commitment, including establishing a 9-16 education careers pathway program in partnership with regional institutions designed to increase teacher diversity both within Madera Unified and throughout the Central Valley.
