Welcome to the Madera Unified School District's Department of Health Services. Every day, our school site nurses provide a variety of health-related services to our students, including direct care. Nurses do mandated hearing, vision, and color vision screenings. Our nurses also work in conjunction with MUSD's Department of Special Services to support students with special needs, and to keep them in school. They also participate in the prevention of communicable diseases at our schools.
Please take a moment to review any of the posted documents and forms on this page. We believe you will find them to be a useful resource.
If you have any questions of the district's health services department, please contact Caitlin Pendley at (559) 416-5866, or via e-mail.
