radKIDS is a four to six week program that educates 3rd grade students about the ABC's of child victimization that includes: abduction, bullying, child abuse and neglect.  Safety Officer's and Madera County Probation, talk with students about the three major rules. 

Rule One: No one has the right to hurt them because they are special.

Rule Two: They don't have the right to hurt anyone, including themselves, except in self-defense. 

Rule Three: If anyone tries to hurt them or make them feel bad inside, they can tell someone.
