• CAHSEE Diploma Request

    If you completed high school between 2006-2015, did not pass the CAHSEE but met all other graduation requirements, you may qualify for your diploma due to SB172.

    Use the CAHSEE Diploma request form instead when submitting your request. (Spanish form: CAHSEE Request Form (Spanish)

    Send the completed form with a copy of your ID (Drivers License, State ID, or Birth Certificate)*required if we are not mailing/releasing to an educational institution*

    Please allow up to 5 days to process this request. 

    If it is determined that you qualify, your high school transcript will be updated and a high school diploma will be provided.
