The Madera County Department of Public Health protects the health of our community by preventing disease and promoting health equity.

As advocates for healthy communities, UCCE promotes healthy diets and exercise for better health, helps Californians learn to choose the most nutritious foods, and helps shape the citizens of tomorrow through the 4-H Youth Development Program.
